CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Michael Jordan and the Jordan Model are giving $100 million to organizations devoted to selling racial equality and social justice.
In a joint assertion, Friday on social media, Jordan and the Jordan Model stated cash can be paid over 10 years with the purpose of “making certain racial equality, social justice, and larger entry to training.”
“Black lives matter,” the assertion stated. “This isn’t a controversial assertion. Till the ingrained racism that enables our nation’s establishments to fail is totally eradicated, we are going to stay dedicated to defending and enhancing the lives of black folks.”
